Our warehouses are located in the USA. To make sure your order gets to you on time, your order will be fulfilled by the warehouse which is closest to your shipping address.

FredCo uses the best carriers in the business such FedEx, UPS, USPS.
Shipping
There are two key factors that affect the time you receive the item.
1) Order Processing Time
After receiving your order, the exact processing time varies depending on the item. Our warehouse always ship the in stock products in 24 hours, but this can also be affected by the item's stock status.
2) Shipping Methods

Usually, we use Delivery services such as(e.g., FedEx, UPS or USPS) to your delivery address. For some larger furniture items, we may also use Truck Delivery.
3) Currently, we only ship to the 48 contiguous states within the United States, excluding PO boxes, APO, FPO, DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
When will my order be delivered?

In general, your order will be delivered by a third-party provider (e.g. FedEx, UPS, or USPS) to your doorstep to the address you have given. Depending on the workload of the shipping company, shipping takes 5-15 working days.
* Please be noted that all information regarding the shipping duration is estimated. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on a specific day.
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit time or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer needs to pay for the cost of reshipment.
Tax and Customs Duties
1) We don't charge any sales tax or export duties except in California.
